First a bit about my run in with foreclosure and short sales.

It was 2005 and I was a real estate investor. I did well for a couple years and fast forward to 2007 and for those that remember these years, things got bad. It’s now 2008 and because of some bad lending, the real estate market takes a huge hit. (Watch the movie, the Big Short.) It was bad, real estate tanks, stock market goes down, lots of people lost jobs. Was a very bad time. I learned how to do short sales during this time because I had to do 2 of my own. I also lost 2 homes due to foreclosure. It hurt me mentally, and I feel part of the reason I went through divorce, but thats a story for another day.

I went through it financially and emotionally. Even physically, I went from times of not eating to huge amounts of times to binge eating. My heath went downhill badly. Gained so much weight. But since then I have learned and now help others…..
